Sacred Pleasures LLC Terms of Service for Clients
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Sacred Pleasures LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Sacred Pleasures LLC offers a variety of business consulting and support services, including but not limited to:

3. Payment Terms
- Service Fees: Payment for services must be made according to the specific terms outlined in your Payment agreement.
- Processing Fees: A 3% credit card processing fee applies to all transactions.
- Payment Schedule: For specific offers payment is broken down in the quote or payment agreement.
- Late Payments: All payments must be made on time or are subject to a minimum of $25 late payment fee after 7 days of non payment, per the discretion of business consultant. Late payments may delay the project timeline. Please ensure timely payments to avoid any interruptions in the project schedule.
- Refund Policy: Sacred Pleasures LLC does not typically issues refunds, in the case of termination by the service provider, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed per the discretion of your Sacred Pleasures LLC team.
4. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are treated with strict confidentiality. We ensure that all sensitive information is protected and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
5. Non-Compete Agreement
All employees, contractors, and subcontractors of Sacred Pleasures LLC are required to sign a non-compete agreement. You are legally prohibited from working directly with our partners outside of Sacred Pleasures LLC for a minimum of 2 years.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Sacred Pleasures LLC during the course of a project remain the property of Sacred Pleasures LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or in subjection to the project.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the successful completion of projects. Delays or inaccuracies in information provision may impact project timelines and outcomes.
8. Termination of Services
Sacred Pleasures LLC reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches any terms of this agreement. Termination can also occur if mutual agreement is reached between the parties involved.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sacred Pleasures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided by Sacred Pleasures LLC will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Amendments
Sacred Pleasures LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through updates on our website.
